Godfrey Sullivan has served on GitLab’s board since 2020. He also serves as a member of the board for CrowdStrike and Marqueta, Inc.. Godfrey previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Splunk from 2008 to 2015 and was Chair of the board of directors from 2011 to 2019. Prior to joining Splunk, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer at Hyperion Solutions Corporation (acquired by Oracle Corporation). Godfrey has also served as a member of the board of directors of RingCentral, Informatica Corporation from 2008 to 2013, and Citrix Systems from 2005 to 2018. Godfrey holds a B.B.A. from Baylor University.
